HOW IT WORKS
Renewvia Energy provides the design, financing, maintenance and support for all the elements of your solar power plant installation. The process is managed from the initial analysis of the facility to the project’s commercial operation date (COD). This turnkey process allows real estate professionals to focus on their core business, while realizing all associated benefits of solar.

Analyze:
Each project begins with a detailed analysis of your facility, tenant(s) and energy usage profile and tariffs.

Engineer:
Power Plant Systems are custom designed and engineered for the needs of your development.

Install:
Renewvia Energy manages the permitting, installation process, financing, and completion (Commercial Operation) of the power plant.

Operate & Maintain:
Once complete, Renewvia Energy owns and provides ongoing operation and all maintenance for the solar power plant over the life of the agreement.

Billing:
Renewvia Energy provides metering and billing to your tenants directly for the electricity generated by the system as part of our turn-key solution.

About PPA’s:
Renewvia Energy clients typically enter into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), which sets the rates for the electricity for 10-20 years. Through the use of a PPA, Renewvia Energy finances the power from the plant without balance sheet impact to the property Owner or Developer. This solution provides green electricity at competitive rates.

A PPA is created to structure the payment for the power generated by the Renewvia Energy Power Plant. The PPA is a long-term agreement between Renewvia Energy and a client to provide the solar electricity generated by the commercial or industrial rooftop power plant. The client agrees to buy electricity generated from the power plant for a specified term. The PPA allows Renewvia Energy to install the system with no direct capital cost to the property owner or developer, and gives owners and tenants long-term pricing stability and Lower Levelized Cost of Energy (LLCOE).
