Renewvia is in the process of aggregating additional capital to add to its existing 1GW portfolio of renewable solar and energy storage projects. Currently the portfolio consists of three large projects that span the MISO and TVA territories of Mississippi.
Peanut Solar Site
Monroe County, MS
440MW AC
Acreage: 3,000 acres under site control; acquiring ROW for full contiguity.
Interconnection: TVA 500kV; 440MW of available capacity with minimal upgrades verified by TRC and Timmons injection studies.
Status: TVA interconnection application submitted in Q1 with 2,220 acres of contiguous site control (3,000 acres total). Two injection studies complete. CIA complete. Letter of support received from county. Phase 1 of title checks complete.
Hill Solar Site
200MW AC
Yalobusha County, MS
Acreage: 1,085 contiguous acres under site control; acquiring additional land.
Interconnection: MISO 230kV transmission line on site.
Energy Off-take: MISO; C&I off-taker.
Status: Site control secured. Title search complete. Two injection studies complete. Submitted to MISO interconnection queue in April 2024.
Delta Solar Site
200MW AC
Holmes County, MS
Acreage: 1,800 contiguous acres under site control.
Interconnection: MISO 230kV.
Energy Off-take: MISO; C&I off-taker.
Status: 1,800 contiguous acres and necessary ROWs under option. Injection study complete. Additional 500 acres available. Submitted to MISO interconnection queue in April 2024.
